What a better way to kick off the month off with a Parent Empowerment Summit. This year the annual African American Parent Empowerment Summit will be hosted by LD Northwest. Special Black Student Forum 12:30 - 1:30. This summit is a collaboration between LDNW, LDNE and The Village Nation Partnership.
Coffee with the Local District NW Superintendent is intended to be an opportunity to meet with the LDNW staff to discuss current issues and exchange information. Each meeting will include presentations by Parent and Community Engagement (OACE) team, Operations, Instruction, District/LD staff and Superintendent Joseph Nacorda. Board Member representative will also provide updates. These meetings will give parents the opportunity to provide input on new and continuing initiatives and discuss the impact at local schools.
