In May of every year, new members are added to the board. Grade level advisors serve one year and executive board members serve two year terms.

Log in and complete the application (our school is under Encino CEL)

Print and sign the volunteer commitment form linked HERE.

Get a Tuberculosis test. If you feel you are not at risk of having TB, you can visit the Region North Wellness & Immunization Clinic Zelzah Site and they can administer a certificate of completion at no cost. They are located at 6505 Zelzah Ave. Bldg 7, Reseda, CA. Their phone number is 818-654-1652. You do not need an appointment. They are open from 7am-2:30pm (closed from 12-1 for lunch).

Drop off your completed application, signed volunteer commitment form, and TB test to the school office.
