Why do we need your contact information?

The school administration is not allowed to share your contact information with us, as we are an organization independent from the school.  

Please send us your contact information so we can keep you informed all year of upcoming E-Team events, class updates from your Room Parents, volunteer opportunities, and important E-Team updates. You will also receive our weekly newsletter which is a great summary of everything you need to know that week!

PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT: Throughout the school year, students may be highlighted in efforts to promote E-Team’s (PTO), the schools’ activities, and achievements. E-Team would like to celebrate your child’s work and achievements for the current school year at Encino Charter Elementary. Therefore, images and/or videos of your child’s work may appear in the internal and external media listed below. Internal media: Encino Elementary E-Team website, your classroom website/any platform the class chooses for communication, school yearbook, internal school community, event marketing, culmination programs, official school, and district website & community newsletters. External media: Social media (private official Facebook group, IG), newspaper, television, radio (if requested by news organization).
